Have some "achievement spam" games had their score reset to zero?

I have noticed that some, at least two, games that are labelled as "achievement spam" and their TrueSteamAchievements score is set to zero. The games I have specifically looked at are
Achievement Smiles (Achievement Smiles Achievements)

Achievement Lurker: Dad Jokes (Achievement Lurker: Dad Jokes Achievements)

However, some users get 200 points for these games and some get zero.

Bumping this because I'm interested too. It's not documented on the Spam policy that I can see.

Moving this to Bug Reports. I think it's because a Spam Game is worth 200 TA points. So each achievement is worth its share of the 200. For the linked games, the numbers of achievements are respectively 3448 and 5000 making each achievement worth respectively 0.058 and 0.04.

My hunch is that the site is displaying this unrounded, and without decimals, and then the TA score for that game is a sum of the unrounded scores. Resulting in 3448 * 0 = 0 and 5000 * 0 = 0
