Seeing as there's no post about it and I stumbled upon it by coincidence, I thought I'd post so that more people are aware.
With the servers being shut down for Mirror's Edge Catalyst, many of the achievements on Steam were locked out and unobtainable - really only story-related achievements would unlock, and even then, they would unlock at strange times or when forcing a connection to the dead server and starting a mission.
Now, in 2025, a team called The Beat Revival are reverse engineering the servers to work by connecting to a local server version of the Catalyst servers.

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=34647...Following the local server setup, I was able to unlock all but 2 achievements - the two actually listed as discontinued on this site - as they're tied to user-generated content. But, from their website and Discord, it looks like The Beat Revival has their eyes set on fixing the user-generated stuff too and thereby making them obtainable too.
Some achievements will require you to re-do them if you unlocked the runner kit prior - mine were the following:
* each of the 6 free-running combo style achievements (Easy Runner, Veteran Runner, Tenacious Traceur, George's Garrison, Seb's Salute, Belle of the Ball)
* Praise the Run
* Complete a GridNODE without alerting K-Sec (Undetected Surge)
* Complete a fragile package delivery with no damage (Elegant Flight)
* Use a high-ground attack as a finishing move (Hey, It's-a-Me Again)
* Customise my Echo (Spooky)
