Games not showing achievements after 15th October

Ever since the 15th October2025 every game I install none of the achievements I gained are showing up. Games installed before then are still logging achievements. The three games so far are Hidden cat halloween, Poly jigsaw dogs and Monument Valley, Coloring game 10k has stopped showing achievements since that date. all achievements are showing on other achievement tracking sites. Help please

Could you please try booting these games up again so they are in your "recently played" and then request an update on the site. Thank you.

Have just played Poly jigsaw dogs 10 achievements, Monument valley 1 achievement, pixel puzzle ultimate 1 achievement, hidden cats halloween (already got all achievements) coloring game 10k 1 achievement. Checked on compltionistme and steam hunters and Steam itself and they are all there. Weirdly Coloring pixel achievement today has been picked up, I don't understand this. Thanks for taking the time to look into this as I am concerned about my achievement streak

I also request a scan on each of these but still nothing

Today Oct 21, 2025 when playing Pixel Puzzles Traditional Jigsaw Puzzles, my achievement for "Skull" is not showing up on my stats. I unlocked it at 1:49 AM Pacific time. I refreshed it twice. Please fix!

With reference to my previous posts none of the games installed and played after October 15th show up in recently played even after updating

Thank you all for the extra information. Do each of you own these games via the Steam platform? Or are these family shared games?

Yes, all the games I own are on Steam and none are shared. Some achievements not showing up today as well.

Having this issue with Ninja Gaiden 4. Doesn't seem to be on the site whatsoever.

Yeah I noticed that too, there are (and have been) multiple games that weren't registered and even with the "Request scanner update" button on a game page, it still 1) doesn't show achievements (maybe the game is new) or 2) doesn't show new added achievements or 3) old updated achievements are not changed in the website.

It seems that some games are added/updated manually and not automatically

Due to achievements not registering my achievement streak of 3148 days is not active. I have won achievements everyday since the problem started, all other achievement sites (Metagamerscore, Steam Hunters and Completionistme} I am on are registering all the current achievements so this must be a TrueSteamAchievements problem, could you please check it out. Thanks

Thanks, in regards to streaks - these are calculated based on the won time stamps, so when the achievements are on the site you can press a "Rebuild streaks" button on your streaks page (if your streak hasn't already fixed itself). Basing on time stamps removes the reliance of achievements having to be scanned in on the day they were earned.

Hi,
I have rebuilt my streak as you suggested and it is now back on track, many thanks for that. As for the games none of them are free ones and all games I own are directly on Steam. Yesterday all 88 achievement for Poly jigsaw Dogs appeared at once in the correct date slots but some other achievements have now disappeared from those slots (coloring pixels, coloring game 10k and others). There is definitely something going on with the scans, as previously stated all achievements are showing correctly on Steam, Completionistme, Metagamerscore and Steam hunters on the correct times and dates. The problem definitely started on the 15th October and the 25th October also caused some strange happenings. Anyway thanks for your help and it would be nice to learn what is happening

As I mentioned previously, to me the common issue between games not being updated (the one I played) are new games (new releases), games with new achievements (maybe there was a new dlc), games with updated achievements (sometimes they change the descriptions/method of obtaining and it's not reflected on the website).

It would help if the "request scanner update" on the game pages actually gather the achievements information.

Thank you. These issues are a little tricky as we seem to have things not getting picked up, and then suddenly appearing with no rhyme or reason.

Moolit Tide TTV, thank you for letting me know and it sounds like you will be a good test for me to step over again in the scanners to hopefully figure out what is going on.

I thought it was possibly because I was offline (invisible to be 100% transparent) so I went online on steam, rebuilt streaks, and scanned again and still nada lol.

And I HAVE played things like Baldur's 3, Skyrim, uhh... Dead by Daylight I think... few things here and there since. :)

1. For full scan we grab all your owned games (this call looks fine for you)
2. For an automated/smaller scan we grab your recently played games (this call is coming back empty)

Are you able to double check your privacy settings on the steam website and let me know what these are please?

That will help me ensure you have the correct settings or figure out if there's a specific combination of settings that isn't playing well with the scanners.

My settings look public save for my friends list. It turns out - I poked a setting I did not mean to poke (keeping playtime private) and I rescanned - I got my recent achievements doing this small thing. I didn't even think that was it until you mentioned it. Thank you so much for the help and I apologize for honestly wasting your time lol.
