    Payday 2 doesn't appear on my list, even after refreshing my profile.

    It's in your Collection, but not the Games List, you can go to the games page (PAYDAY 2 Achievements), use the (...) menu in the games banner and choose 'Restore to My Games and Session Calendar'

    First of all, thank you for responding. It says 'hide,' not 'restore.' I pressed it anyway in case of a possible bug, but nothing happened. What should I do?
