This Achievements have been patched out of the Games, Steam show me 100 %, can this be fixed ?

The Thank you for playing achievement in Ignite worth 10 pointsAll other achievements unlocked.

The Against All Odds achievement in Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty worth 10 pointsAgainst All Odds

Hi!

Game: Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition

There is an achievement that doesn't exist in game. The description here at TSA is "HIDDEN NAME" and has a "HIDDEN DESC":

The HIDDEN NAME achievement in Baldurs Gate: Enhanced Edition worth 10 pointsHIDDEN DESC

Please just delete this cheevo. The game withou DLC has at Steam 61 achievements, and not 62. Another clue that it is a bug: no one has unlocked this achievement.

"Red Comrades 2: For the Great Justice", there appear to be 8 duplicate achievements. Total count in game is 32, but there are 40 in the achievement page.

Not sure what's going on with Man O War: Corsair - Warhammer Naval Battles Achievements

TSA shows it only has 28 achivements now, and 64 deleted ones. While Steam still shows it has 60 achivements in total: http://steamcommunity.com/stats/344240/achievements/
