Used "Request scanner update" on few game pages and forced scanner update few times. Only achievements from new title Piczle Cross: Rune Factory i started to play came through. Not even 1 title from this 60 updated yet.

Is there a way my profile can scan all these games that are missing from my profile?
I can get most of them myself by for games like balatro that take a second to launch, but there's bigger games like the finals that I don't have installed anymore and would take a hot minute to reinstall. It seems like the only way to get it to update here is to reinstall and launch the game, then rescan. Maybe there's an easier way?

Also, if you go to the individual games, you can request a rescan for that game and it *should scan them.

Yeah, that's the issue, if you doing rescan on individual game page (once or over and over, doesn't matter), nothing works.

I asked the team, and they said this is not intended functionality, but it has to do with the Steam API and our current limitations. I'm assuming those limitations are both financial and technical, to be fair.

So...I haven't been to this website in quite sometime, shows how often I play non Windows store PC games I guess. But its not been tracking anything since 2017 apparently. At first it said my profile was private when it wasn't. But that went away, but now scanning is doing nothing.

OK, looks like Game Details in my profile wasn't set to public. Made it so, but now I'm out of daily scans so I don't know if that fixes it or not, lol.

Games like Terraria and Silksong that definitely should be updated are not 100% even though they should as well as like 10 or 20 other games

If this doesn't work, load the game up on your PC/Deck. It will refresh as a game you've played recently and the scanner will pick you up.

Hello, i have a problem with achievements not updating on celeste and Hades 1. It works on other games and I already rescanned the games with the three points and checked my public status on steam.

Can I get a manual scan? Nothing is registering from my account :/

For some reason the scanners don't pick up my achievements on this game: Atarun's achievements in FIND ALL 7: Japan

I 100% the game and TSA showed it properly before but now it looks like I never got any of the chivos somehow?

Hello, I've been having the same issue, I don't think I've had an achievement scan or rank update since February 25th, I've tried changing my profile to private and back to public but alas nothing.

Hi. Same issue here since 1st march.

Is there a way to subscribe to this so I know when someone responds, it's been kind of annoying to not be tracked for nearly a month now. I've also sent I think 2 support tickets which I got not even an automated response from and started a thread. If anyone knows any way of knowing if there's an actual process here, please reply to me/add me/anything.
