Saint's Row IV has several duplicates. Every single achievement it seems, has been duplicated about 5 times, each. Also, some of my games have duplicates in the game listing. Saints Row IV, GTA V, Prison Architect, probably more but that's all for me.

That is actually due to your initial scan being a little weird when you first joined the site. I've removed your duplicate achievements and added you to the queue for a full re-scan to catch anything that might have been missed. If any problems persist you can requests another re-scan here

The achievement lists for the games are in working order.

Just noticed that Loot Hero DX is erroneous. 9 achievements too much, duplicates.

Warhammer 40000 Dawn of War II Retribution Achievements (dupes moved to separate DLC, dot named achievements are correct and need to be renamed)

are now renamed properly.

There was a comment that said that the achievement "Time for an Upgrade" was duped, but subsequently removed from Steam.

That's something on the site's end as you recently registered. I've removed your duplicates and ran a full re-scan on your account to fix any of the funny business the original registration scan did. If you have any problems in the future please use this thread instead: Post here to request a Full ReScan
