Malfunctioning Scanners

    Mine has been stuck on 38 people in front of me, I think all day? Several hours, at least. It says it was last scanned 1d ago.

    I played a new Steam game called "Hot Pot Game" a few days ago and the scanner hasn't picked up on that even though I've earned 13 achievements on 3 different days. I was wondering whether that is related too, in some way.

    God, this site is so broken. Same thing today, and now I'm marked as private but I'm not?

    I’ve been stuck behind 55 people in the queue for updating the achievements for 12 hours now. Still no sign of a fix.

    I'm behind 64... it was 65. Has been at least 3 hours.

    I have the same issue. My scanner is "TSA Scanner 4", and the logs show there are issues starting from 06 Aug, around 14:59 UTC: https://truesteamachievements.com/scanner.aspx?scanner=TSA+S... . Some other scanners have issues starting around the same time (scanners 3, 6 and 7), while others seem to be working. Please fix the broken scanners.

    Ever since I created my account it has said-
    "We are currently downloading your profile information from Steam".
    I have everything checked off to get my account working. It's been two days.

    Thanks everyone, we spotted a misconfiguration with one of the scanner accounts which has been fixed. Glad to see the scans are working as expected.

    CT_QFB, I am stepping through a scan with your account now to double check everything.

    This suggests that you still have privacy settings enabled. Until your profile and game history is publicly viewable we won't be able to scan your games and achievements.

    Tried and sadly still no joy, I think it might be best if my account was deleted because at the moment there isn't any point in having it since it won't update, I'll probably try setting it up again in future.

    New account, tried again, no luck. I'll give it 24 hours just in case it needs time or something to sync up properly and rescan again tomorrow but if that doesn't work I'm baffled at what the issue could be.

    Still nothing, I'm going to request this account deleted again as there is no point in keeping it if it can't be updated, I do want to thank Jack and especially Belindo152 for trying to help me though.

    Oky strangely it's done a 'partial' scan, it's picked up my Dead by Daylight Achievements but not the ones for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
