Malfunctioning Scanners

Strange indeed - ie. https://steamcommunity.com/id/erialor/stats/2700910/?tab=ach... and https://steamcommunity.com/id/erialor/stats/2736150/?tab=ach... shows them completed (for me)

I am having an issue were my steam account has not been private for weeks and yet the scanner will not pick me up and keeps saying my profile is private.

Hi, I registered some days ago, but the scans didn't pick up my achievements (I have achievements only from Family Share yet.)
I also launched both Family Share games I played and have achievements for them today because I read that Family Share games' scan only works in the past 2 weeks.

I also bought a game just today to have a "full access" account but still nothing.
I heard this "xml way" of checking if my account is still limited:

And after I saw I tried a couple scans but still nothing.

I can see free games I downloaded but didn't play on my profile and the game I bought but didn't play yet (Twin Sector).
Maybe I need to give time for TSA and Steam to "communicate" and maybe it will work tomorrow?

The scanner here has not picked up a completed game over the last couple days. All other sites picked it up "Glass Masquerade 2: Illusions -- Dream weaver" achievement and normally use your share feature. It just not showing up, but other games achievements have been showing up that I played after.

Hi! The scanner seems to think that my profile is marked as Private. I have double checked, all settings are marked to be public, and I am able to access my own achievement data in an incognito window. Apologies if this isn't the right place for this.
It looks like this has been an issue for me since September.

I launched both games on 5th of january after I read the sentence you wrote.
I was thinking that maybe TSA doesn't pick them up because these achievements were earned before my TSA registration and these are Family Share games?
Maybe if I earn achievement in any of them it can solve it?
But then what if somebody has all achievements in a case like mine for a game?

Hey im completely new here and I have a slight issue. So when i scanned my stuff (My steam is public), it didnt really register anything as "Games". In the Platform summary I see that my Games are listed somewhere but in my Profile it still says no Achievements and no Games on Steam. How can I fix that?

I'm new to the website but when I look at my Steam achievements, the timestamps don't match what it shows on Steam PC app for time of unlock?

I'm missing two Civilization 6 Pirates DLC achievements. I got 3 this morning and have scanned twice, but only 1 shows up. I'm still missing recognition of "I want you to hit me as hard as you can" and "I am pirate King!".

My issue appears to have been fixed.
