    The full scan requests are only a temporary solution, which than seems to be needed once a week or more often for some people. My friend vuorikissa, from a few days ago in this topic has again scanners who stopped picking up the earned achievement as well. I might be lucky to not have problems personally.

    This was due to changed privacy settings today, also see here:

    Valve's Changes to Privacy Policy Affect Our Ability To Scan Your Games

    (Not sure if that also has to do with half my friends list losing 90% of their points last week, though.)

    I went into my Steam privacy settings and changed everything to public. Did a request scan here and I am still not getting anything I have done for the past several days picked up.

    I've had a quick look at your account. What should be the last achievement you unlocked? Both Steam and TSA report that the last achievement you unlocked was the below on 7th April.

    Anno 2205Brute ForceThe Brute Force achievement in Anno 2205 worth 21 pointsClear a Crisis Sector without using special actions.

    I have unlocked at least one a day, every day. I just unlocked 3 in Logistical only a couple of hours ago.

    Just looked at my steam activity log. Had 3 today, 2 yesterday, 10 the day before that, and 70 four days ago. All of those are not showing up on TSA.

    Not sure where the issue lies here. Could you do me a favour and go to your Privacy Settings page and check the "Always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details" box, then uncheck it again, please?

    I can keep you informed on the scanners health but that's all I can do in regardes to assisting ya'll

    After looking, they seem to be scanning correctly. Sometimes they have errors because of API's but for what I am seeing they are running as intended

    I did as requested, then did a request update here on TSA and it still is not picking up anything from the past several days.

    I also can't help but to wonder how many others are in the same boat. Several days without any additions to my score and I should be getting getting passed up in the rankings, however that has not been the case.

    My LOGistICAL achievements are not registering anymore... It seems to be the only game affected.

    Exemple of achievement unlocked that won't be scanned: Meekatharra to Mount Magnet

    That's weird because Vuorikissa's friends still have many less achievements than they earned. There should be a reason why that has happened and what is wrong? They didn't play spam games and it was days after you guys decreased the points for spam games. So that shouldn't be the issue as well.

    Which accounts are you referring to? I can look into their issues.

    Last successful update April 7. 12 days now without a successful update.

    Yup, I know what the issue is. The devs have suspended the scanning of the game Logistical as they were clogging the scanners. As soon as the allows the scanning of this game again, your achievements will appear.

    Sometimes upon first registering things can get a bit funky. I'm running a full re-scan on your account now and you should be good to go

    I just registered some hours ago and the site scanned 1 game completed. That's wrong. I have 213 games completed. Can you solve this please? Thank you
