Since the new adjustment by TSA about spam achievement games, Trivia Vault games are not being scanned at all. My completion ratio keeps going down as I re-complete these games for the new 5000 achievements added and finish the new ones I had bought but never played. My games complete and achievement numbers on my profile card in steam do not match the numbers on TSA and it adds up to these Trivia Vault games. Please check as to why they are now being excluded. Thank you.

Regarding the Trivia games, they were causing some issues with the scanners due to the large number of achievements. The Dev's have temporarily disabled the scanning for these games as a quick fix until some magic can be worked on the scanners. The games will be disabled for about a week while things are being worked on.

Scanners 4, 6 & 7 haven't scanned anyone in the last couple hours and seem to be stuck.

Scanner 4 scanned me this morning, but isn't picking up anything I did since the automated scan 26 hours ago. Manual rescan didn't pick up any of this either. Help?

Having the same issue as the poster above with TA Scanner 4 not picking up my latest achievement even after a manual scan.

This morning, a manual rescan seems to finally have picked them up. (It's missing half the achievements and all completions on my friend feed, but they are there if you go to the game pages.)

The feed page doesn't always update quickly, you'll have to wait a bit

That wasn't the problem yesterday though -- it was not picking up achievements at all for 2 days. Games didn't show as completed on their game pages, achievements weren't there, points weren't added, it just did not scan them until a manual scan 2 days later.

Since the new "Spam" cap, the scanner have been somewhat broken! Give them some time to sort things out, if nothing has been done then use the link provided below!

Everything HAS sorted itself out already, that's why I posted that it fixed itself, so that others in the thread with the same problem would know.

But I'll wait a week next time before I report malfunctioning scanners in the Malfunctioning Scanner thread. I'm sorry. I was just trying to help the site (which I quite like) as well as other users.

I checked the scanners and they seem to be running fine.

It's all good, no worries.

I'm one of those who really loathe achievement spam games, and even more so if they're causing great sites like this one technical trouble. Wish Valve would clamp down much harder on those, but we all know how long that will take and how suboptimal their approach will be ...

I'll try to worry a little less about getting my achievements scanned daily. It's just so much fun, you know? ;)

It may be the reason the scanners are a little slow because the algor was changed for the Spam Cap I suppose

After today's scan some people lost loads and loads of achievements. For example:
Negationix

He had life is strange a lot of times, but now he only got 110 achievements on tsa while he has 2.425 on steam. And here on TSA he has no perfect games while on steam he has 8. So more than only the multiple games are removed during today;s scan.

To be clear, he is not the only one, just the best example I got.

Scanners don't appear to be working. I've completed quite a few games, but it still only seeing the last update from yesterday morning.

Yeah scanners don't seem to be working for me either. Which is a bummer because it's broken my streak for now. Hopefully when it's restored it will pick it up again? But the last achievements it picked up for me were on the 6th, and I definitely earned some on Saturday and Sunday.

Not getting updated as well. Couple days now.

For those whom need full rescans I cannot geive them to you!

I don't have the requirments and stuff like that
