After starting the game, simply go to the settings and set it to skip all text at max speed. Resume the game and watch it zoom to an end. It doesn't matter what choices you pick. The demo is linear and will net you both achievements and a full completion.
This achievement will pop in the middle of the demo. Again, choices do not matter as the demo is linear.
