When you are at Maregs village you'll have to go through a mini-game to progress through the main storyline, it involves grabing nuts from pedestals.
Anyway. After completing the first round, keep re-entering the hut and completing the game until the final round, which requires you to grab 24 nuts, after completing it the achievement should pop.
As for tips for winning the minigame, I suggest being patient and only going for the nuts when youre certain the pedestal is lined up, otherwise you may be hit by one of the freezing drops.
