Choose the Scavenger game mode on Little Boy difficulty for the most time, and repeatedly ram the toilet. This could work on other things but the toilet doesn't break or move very much. Repeat this around 10 times and you'll have the achievement. If you don't want to grind this way you'll get it eventually just playing the Apocalypse mode but it will take much longer.
