The online community for this game is pretty dead. As of December 10, 2022, the best way to go about this is ask a friend to help or make a boosting session.
The online in this game is very buggy. It loses its shit every time a piece is made. It's prone to freezing and even crashed when I won the game. Having your opponent forfeit doesn't count as a win for you.
You really want to coordinate this and the other online wins achievements with a friend. It helps if your friend is familiar with the game.
The winning player is trying to end the game as quickly as possible. The losing player should be avoiding the edges and corners. Their goal should be to flip as few pieces as possible. One method I suggested to my friend was just using "The Othello" apps on our phones and letting the level 30 A.I. play against the level 1 A.I. and mimicking their moves so we can minimize any chance of messing up the streak.
