You get this achievement for using amulets 60 times. Amulets can grant extra experience or gold, reduce the recharge time, increase the odds of chests dropping, of more items dropping, etc.
You'll gain amulets throughout the game through completing quests. You can also buy them in the store. When you get a decent way into the game, you can also rebuild the Mage Academy (lower left of the map, next to the Mage Tower), which will then give you a random amulet every 24 hours.
