Just wanted to give some tips for those having trouble making this achievement unlock.
If you have played through already on easy - remember to delete your save game or the achievement will not unlock. This was suggested by the developer on one of the forms and it worked as a solution for me.
Save game data can be found in: AppData\Roaming\FinewayStudios\Frankenstein
On my second plaything on expert I skipped as much dialogue and all cut scenes as I could. I still completed the mini games and did not get a penalty for clicking too much and the achievement popped after skipping the credits. I hope this helps some of you that are having troubles with the achievement.
