This achievement is fairly easy. Simply load up the Training mode by heading to the practice area.
This cannot be done in the Combo Challenge or Tutorial
Select Android 18(Im sure any character will be fine but I can confirm 18 works). Simply charge up to 3 Ki gauges and use her Ultimate move. This will easily do 5000 damage and unlock the achievement.
