Knock out a fellow inmate, and on their bodies will be their outfit which you can remove by clicking it. Do this 50 times - you will probably knock out 50 inmates over the course of escaping every prison, so just remember to remove their clothes every time you do and its not necessary to grind this achievement as you can just get it over the course of your playtime.
