  You must talk get Vengarl's Helm from the head of Vengarl.
  
  Vengarl is located in the misty Shaded Woods. From the Ruined Fork Road bonfire, take the right path into the foggy area where you can barely see anything. Hug the left wall until it goes up and there is a small hill, follow the hill up and the fog should become less dense. at the top of the hill on the left there should be some ruins in a circle. The head of Vengarl rests upon some rocks in the middle. Go up to him and talk until you get a pop-up, then continue to use the talk option until he gives you his helmet.
