Earn RP through playing (any of the games) to increase your Global Tier. (The Required RP for "leveling up" increases for each Tier).
(Exactly how much you need can be found at: Menu -> Profile -> Game Stats, can be found on the right).
Once reached the achievement will be achieved - no extra actions required.
