Step 1: get a decent weapon to fight ted, baseball bat and sledgehammer can be found when leaving the starting warehouse. a sledgehammer can also be found in Yucatan casino (shown in video)
Step 2: stop by Wild West Grill House at the food court and collect the 3 steaks from the kitchen. DO NOT EAT THEM!
Step 3: Start the Snowflake/Ted Boss Fight, bring any survivors into the nearby maintenance room/hallway (there is also a sledgehammer in the hallway). ted will follow you in here but snowflake can not. easily defeat ted with whatever weapons you have.
Step 4: there are 3 more steak inside the tiger enclosure making for a possible total of 6 steaks you can use if you brought the 3 from the food court. if you did not hit snowflake you only need it to eat 3 steaks total.
Step 5: lay out the steak on the floor as shown in the video, around that general area.
Step 6: snowflake has a pattern. it will go off to maul a zombie and then come after you, this cycle constantly repeats. wait for snowflake to attack a zombie, the tiger will then come towards you.
USE THE PILLAR of the tiger enclosure to hide behind so snowflake loses interest in you and goes for the steak.
That's all there is to it. again you only need 3 steak to tame snowflake if you did not damage it at all. carrying steak in from the food court helps if you hit it by accident.
there are only 3 steak in Yucatan and 3 steak in the food court.
