Once in the game load up a save from the prison you want to share and hit Esc to get the Main Menu and then:1) Select Extras2) Select Prison Sharing (Steam Workshop)3) Select Current Prison on the top, name your prison and hit "Publish this prison"4) Wait for a bit while your prison is getting uploaded ! You will see a confirmation and the achievement will pop !
