I was kinda irritated about this one and was waiting for some "teleporter block" or whatever, but mentioned "teleporter" is simply the "thing" you jump into to finish and leave the level. If the achievement hasn't been activated by finishing level 30, just keep on completing any level until it does. Easiest way is repeating level 1 for sure.
