On Dantooine there is a cave that you have to rescue an important npc from. Enter the cave and take the left branch to the very end past where the npc is being held. There will be a large number of kinrath and a bunch of crystal formations. Interact with the one next to the center stalagmite and you will find a curious crystal. Take it and you will get the achievement.
