    To unlock this achievement, you must survive an entire campaign and only use pistols (single or double will work.) You also can't use throwables (Molotov, pipe bomb.) Easiest way to do this is to play a campaign on easy (I used No Mercy.)

    Jenova_20I've done this two days in a row with only pistols, no throwables, and it hasn't unlocked. Do achievements actually unlock on easy mode?
