Much simpler than the similar achievement in the first episode, when you enter the first transportation room (the one past the Culling Grounds) you'll find a tent on the right hand side of the entrance, with a number of objects in it, including a sleeping bag and a playing radio. If you lie down on the bag, the achievement should unlock within a few seconds.
