If you are not playing with the uncensored patch for whatever reason, this achievement becomes slightly harder, as there's no way to decapitate a zombie without the uncensored patch. It's still doable, as headshots with a melee weapon will still register as decapitations without it, but there won't be any visual feedback. Otherwise, this achievement can be done through regular play on any level or game mode.
