  Actions

  This one is random. In order to get it you need to read chronicle for 1 hour.
  Chronicle is the tab where the lore info is. I've got it by leaving the chronicle open for 1 hour (+ few minutes) then closing it, and opening it again. Then the achievement popped up. I've heard that this is random and sometimes you have to spend more time in chronicle.
  
  I don't know if you can do it in sessions. If somebody have any info on that please write to me so I can add it to my solution.
