Just keep leveling up Cecil, Your most likely getting this when your entered the underground and is trying to fight your way up to the top of Tower of Babil. The enemies here gives a lot more XP compare and even if you have rushed up until now, the fights will level your characters up very fast and you will soon reach level 50+.
