    Actions
    The Closet is one of the options in the Avatar menu.

    Once you've unlocked the Avatar menu, access it by pressing RB or R1 from the World Map. From there, select Closet and then press X or Square to save an outfit.
    The Achievement should pop shortly thereafter.
