How to unlock the Winter Soldier achievement

    You need to set this up to have SEASON as Winter and WEATHER as snow. Select any car (I used Formula X) with rain tires and drive a full lap. Just make sure you do not get your lap time disqualified and the achievement should pop up. I had an extra minute when I completed the lap.
