Create a custom map. Fill one team with only military units (titans work well) and the other with only villagers. Use ctrl+c and ctrl+v to speed up the process. Make sure the villager team is currently selected when saving the scenario. Then load the scenario and feed your villager horde into the enemy army. The achievement will unlock eventually.
