For this achievement you need to throw Bilbo into the Lava at Old Goat Mountain. You can find Bilbo in Bullgrurzh. As you enter Bullgrurzh, turn right and follow the right wall. He'll be standing next to a stack of boxes. Either drag him along or put him in your inventory.
Then take him to Old Goat Mountain and throw him into any pool of lava there.
