You can earn this in mission 4. On the third floor of the museum (to the right if entering from the front of the building) is a large open room, with the elevator at the far end, a closed security room requiring a special key, and a tented area with two blind sisters in it. This tented area also has a few open coffins, blue glyphs written on the floor, and the like. Inside this tented area are four smoking censers. Hit each one with a sword (it won't break, but the smoke will stop) to star the prophecies and unlock the achievement.
