    Wiping the Slate: Initiated at the Concordia bounty board.
    No Such Thing as a Free Launch: Given by Cosmo Wishbone in Triton Flats.
    Home Delivery: Found on the Concordia bounty board after completing "Treasures of Echo Madre".
    It Ain't Rocket Surgery: Given by Dr. Spark in the Research and Development area.

    Completing all four missions launches the rockets and unlocks the achievement.
