    Actions
    Find a dying Dahl soldier named Hanna in Triton Flats. After killing nearby scavs, you talk to her and deliver an ECHO log to a girl in black (Brittania) at the Up Over Bar in Concordia.

    The first step is an echo on the ground near the cannon that knocks out the shield in Tycho's Ribs.
