Join team BLU as Spy then go and capture the middle point. Next, move and stand on the LAST opponent capture point.
Now, type in the console:
sv_cheats 1; bot -team blue -class scout; sv_cheats 0
sv_cheats 1; bot teleport Bot01 270 2830 80 0 0 0; sv_cheats 0
Note: Rename Bot01 to whatever name the game assigned to the bot you spawned with the previous command line. It may be different than Bot01.
Remain on the last capture point while the bot captures the point. The achievement will unlock as soon as their capture is complete if you are standing on the final capture point.
