Standard pacifist approach to stealth games. Avoid deadly weapons (i.e., stick with tranquilizers, stun guns,) and use non-lethal hand-to-hand. Seems to be very little chance of accidentally having someone die after you knock them out, particularly because the bodies all disappear a minute or so after going down.
Also, obviously, don't choose to kill the guy at the end of the Prologue.
