What a nightmare this one is eh? You will want the teleport ball for this, period. Not only will it save you from certain doom as a preventive measure, but you can also use it to uncover clever shortcuts. I've attached a full video of my run for this achievement below.
This achievement is frustrating as one of the trickiest jumps to land in the game is at the VERY END. Good luck!
