During the Playroom/Toys memory level, go to the dollhouse, all the way up to the top floor. Spring and leap over to the top floor of the other half of the open dollhouse. There should be a wardrobe behind you, so turn around and open it. You'll be attacked by a virus girl hiding inside, and you'll get the achievement!
