    Actions
    Choosing a different character after using a CONTINUE doesn't count. You have to start the arcade mode or choose a mission in mission mode with each of the four characters. You may quit soon after.

    I recommend throwing a grenade or rescuing a POW first, that's when the game checks for achievement counters.
