This is for dispatching Gunther non-lethally at the Knights Templar Cathedral.
Gunther is extremely resistant to non-lethal weapons. Your best bet is to use regular ballistic weapons to wear him down until he's almost dead. You may need to save-scum for this. Then, hit him with a tranq dart, and wait for him to pass out.
