This one bases itself quite a bit on RNG, so the amount of time this will take can vary greatly. But you should be able to do it within a single game.
Choose the Exorcist as a playable character. His alignment is Good. If you draw a card with an object that requires the character to be of a different alignment(for example the Rune Sword, which requires you to be Evil), you can choose to destroy the item and gain a spell. So just run around until you come across such an item, destroy it, and the achievement will unlock.
