This achievement is done on the Teleportation scenario.
Play bacteria on casual difficulty and use this gene setup:
ATP Boost (Or Metabolic Hyjack if you want to play on fast and have bubbles auto-popped)
Aerocyte
Trans-Stasis
Genetic Mimic
Extremophile
Start in Saudi Arabia.
TIP: Devolve everything that mutates. I don't think it's necessary, but this is how I did it.
Evolve everything in this order:
Air 1 & 2
Drug Resistance 1
Bacterial Resilience 1, 2, & 3
Drug Resistance 2
Water 1 & 2
Cold Resistance 1 & 2
Extreme Bioaerosol
That's it. Don't do anything else.
At some point, maybe while saving DNA to evolve these, or afterwards.. you'll get a pop up saying people are rushing to buy teleportation tickets to safe countries. After a little while longer, whichever safe country they teleported to should become infected and you'll get another pop-up saying 'Portal attempt in *country* failure'.
Boom. Achievement unlocked.
