    Upload a Custom Scenario and unlock any other achievement without closing the game for 'Published Scenario' to unlock.

    Note: Once this achievement is no longer bugged- requiring a second achievement unlocked- I will be removing this "guide" as the achievement should be straight forward to unlock from the description text.
