This is an easy achievement. You can get in any type. So you can play Tutorial mode, Coop or Quick Match. Quick match is probably the most challenging mode. So if you want to get this qickly done try tutorial mode or coop.
To win a match you have to destroy the big tower in the enemy's castle or you have to hold more of the small towers when the time is running out.
