  To get this achievement it is intended that you'll really "hack" the game which is hinted in the source-code in one of the lua-scripts:

  1) Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\InvisibleIncBackup scripts.zip and hashes.dat files
  2) Unpack scripts.zip, open \client\states\state-main-menu.lua, delete "--" at the beginning of "--KLEIAchievements:achieve( "META_HACKING" )" line, save your changes and repack files back into scripts.zip
  3) Open hashes.dat in any text editor, delete it's content and save (it must be 0 bytes). Or create new empty file named hashes.dat
  4) Launch the game and achievement should unlock
  5) The achievement might not pop up as usual, so better check on your profile after everything is done
