After completing the Camera minigame on the Organon cruiser where Rufus and Goal do the disco scene and have dealt with the guard. Don't follow Goal but go back the other way as if you were going back to your room.
You'll be greeted with a scene and Rufus will return to the camera room. Then you'll get the achievement.
