On Day 29, the 8th entrant is a father who will give you a picture of his daughter and ask you to confiscate the passport from Simon Wens. He will then leave.
On Day 30, the 3rd entrant is Simon Wens. You must confiscate his passport, give the seizure slip a green stamp, and then admit him. (Note: You will receive a citation as he is on the wanted list)
Later on Day 30, the 7th entrant is the father again. You must give him the passport of Simon Wens. He will then return it to you to gain entry. You must confiscate the passport, give the seizure slip a green stamp, and then admit him. Before leaving, the father will ask you to return the picture of his daughter to him, and he will then give you the United Federation token.
